JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage all aspects of government-related documentation, legal support, and customer service for the organization. This position requires expertise in UAE government processes, property management laws, and excellent communication skills to assist residents and owners with legal and regulatory inquiries. The role includes handling permits, licensing, visa processing, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities. Occasional visits to authorities for document submission, follow-up, and retrieval will be required.

· Manage PRO services, including visa processing, permits, and licensing with local authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE Jointly Owned Property regulations.
· Provide legal support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and agreements related to property management.
· Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government bodies for legal and regulatory matters, handling all related paperwork and ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and retrieval of documents.
· Assist residents and property owners with legal inquiries and government-related issues, resolving disputes between residents and the association using legal expertise and best practices.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Owners, Owners Committee, and other stakeholders, addressing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure high-quality customer service delivery, maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, and offering additional legal or customer service support as needed.
· Occasionally visit government authorities for document submissions, follow-ups, and collection of necessary paperwork.
