They’re now seeking a Legal Finance Assistant to take ownership of their day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth running of accounts within the practice.

    This is the ideal opportunity for someone with finance admin or legal cashiering experience who enjoys responsibility and is looking for a flexible, part-time role within a respected legal practice.
Responsibilities

This is a finance-led position with some light admin support, where your main focus will be:

  • Processing client and office account payments
  • Handling purchase ledger and supplier invoices
  • Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with month-end and compliance requirements (SAR knowledge advantageous)
  • Supporting with financial queries and liaising with fee earners where required
  • General office admin when needed, such as filing and occasional client interaction
