The Opportunity We're looking for our next intake of Graduates to join our high-performing Commercial and Corporate practice groups in July 2026. There will be no rotations. What You’ll Be Doing Under the supervision of our Practice Leaders and Senior Lawyers, a typical day for our graduate lawyers may include: Advising clients on video conference calls on a broad range of legal matters (including as part of our industry leading Legal Advice Consultation service). Commercial: Drafting, reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of a range of commercial legal documentation, including customer and supplier agreements, influencer agreements, intellectual property arrangements, website and e-commerce terms and conditions, privacy policies and other types of legal documents. Commercial: Conducting legal research and providing written advice on the Australian Consumer Law, industry specific regulatory issues, privacy questions. Corporate: Assisting your clients with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, employee share option plans, business structuring, loans, and corporate governance. The Ideal Candidate Qualified with strong academics: You are a recent law graduate with strong grades and are either already admitted as a Lawyer, or will be admitted over the coming months. Ready for full-time work: You are available to work full time, and are excited to work in our Surry Hills office full time during induction, then at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities

Graduates will provide legal advice to SMEs on commercial and corporate matters, including drafting agreements and conducting legal research. They will manage their own matters and lead client consultations under the supervision of senior lawyers.
