WE’RE HIRING: VIRTUAL LEGAL INTAKE RECEPTIONIST (ON-SITE POSITION)

Location: 1Click Contact Center – Tijuana, B.C.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Pay: $5,300 MXN/week before taxes + Up to $10,000 MXN/month in bonuses (before taxes)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

CLIENT INTAKE & COMMUNICATION

• Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries from veterans seeking legal help.
• Screen potential clients to determine fit for the firm’s legal services.
• Collect and document essential client details (e.g., name, service branch, legal issue).

1Click Contact Center is looking for a Virtual Legal Intake Receptionist to join our Veteran Law Firm campaign. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in providing a positive and compassionate experience for veterans and their families seeking legal support. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, empathetic, and committed to making a difference.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Prioritize multiple inquiries and support general clerical tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism.
• Learn and use legal and veteran-specific terminology relevant to the campaign.
