POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to join our law firm. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in evaluating their legal needs and ensuring they feel supported and understood. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We provide remote staffing solutions, specializing in accounting, back-office operations, and recruitment for various industries.
Requisitos
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, or in person. Gather detailed information about the client’s situation to assess their legal needs. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all prospective clients. Case Screening and Documentation Accurately document client information in the firm’s case management system. Conduct initial screening to determine if the case aligns with the firm’s areas of practice. Schedule consultations or refer potential clients to the appropriate department or external resources when necessary. Coordination and Communication Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all relevant case details are communicated effectively. Follow up with potential clients to gather additional information or provide updates on their case status. Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Administrative Support Maintain and update intake forms and other documentation. Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking of leads and conversions. Identify areas for improvement in the intake process and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal, medical, or customer service environment. At least B2-C1 English Level Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics empathetically. Proficiency in using case management software and general office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting. Bilingual skills (preferred but not required, depending on the firm’s client base).
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures. Experience working in a law firm or similar professional setting. Knowledge of CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-up.
