About the role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Legal Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice. Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 according to the Pacific Time Zone where our office is open, which corresponds to 20:00 in the evening and 04:00 in the morning TR time. What you'll do Handle inbound calls via OpenPhone and respond promptly and professionally. Manage and reply to messages received through WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok. Engage with potential clients who reach out through online forms, ensuring timely follow-up. Conduct preliminary consultations with prospective clients to gather essential case information. Accurately assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate legal department (e.g., asylum, business immigration, family-based, litigation). Assist with the sale and processing of Change of Status, F1, and B1/B2 visa applications as needed. Maintain accurate records of client communications and consultations. Qualifications Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal environment preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to manage multiple communication platforms efficiently. Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
