• Conduct interviews with potential clients to gather essential information pertaining to their legal issue
• Assess whether the case fits the Firm’s areas of expertise and determine if the client meets the firm’s criteria for representation
• Collect and organize relevant documents and details from clients
• Prepare detailed summaries for lawyer’s review
• Accurate, comprehensive and timely data management
• Conduct follow-up with clients, and track the progress of their intake process
• Provide potential clients with information about the Firm’s services
