As a Legal Intern, you will be part of the Legal team and support the Head of Legal & Legal Counsel, and all other departments of Ace & Tate with their legal and commercial matters. Your duties will include: Assisting the Legal team in organizing, archiving and updating contracts in our Contract Management System and managing contract deadlines Supporting the Legal team in drafting and amending basic legal documents such as NDAs and other standard contracts Research and monitor legal and regulatory updates that impact our operations Provide daily support to the Legal team on a variety of administrative and legal matters You are... A third- or fourth-year (Dutch) Law student (university level) Very accurate, structured and with a hands-on mentality Independent, likes to take ownership of your tasks and is not afraid to ask questions Fluent in Dutch and English Able to work 4 or 5 days per week for a period of 4 months or longer Available to start the 15th of January or the 1st of February What do you get in return...
