For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Intern with a strong interest in data protection, privacy, and trading compliance to support our team in a dynamic and international environment. Key Responsibilities Support the team on data protection and privacy matters, including GDPR-related topics Assist with compliance reviews of internal data processing activities (GDPR, CCPA) Help develop training materials and awareness initiatives on data handling policies Monitor trading activities using trade surveillance systems to detect potential market abuse Conduct “Know Your Counterparty” (KYC) checks and due diligence on trading partners Track regulatory developments and prepare legal/compliance memos Support internal and external regulatory audits related to trading and reporting Qualifications Currently enrolled in a degree in Data Protection, Trading Compliance, European Law, or a related field Available to work full-time for 6 months starting February 2026 Solid understanding of the GDPR and core data protection principles Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills in English; Additional European language skills are a strong plus
