Key Responsibilities Deliverables/outcomes
Leadership (A) Ensure that the review of cooperation agreements is in accordance with procedures, SLAs and well-delivered to stakeholders / other divisions / relevant users.
Customer Service & Relationship Management (B) coordinate with other stakeholders / divisions / users regarding the completeness of legal documents for cooperation agreements
update with stakeholders / other divisions / users regarding the term of the cooperation agreement that will expire
Operational Management (C) Create and review collaboration agreements with clients in accordance with SLA.
Ensure that the expiring term of the agreement is not missed
Good Corporate Governance (D) Ensure that each cooperation agreement has complete legal documents
Ensure that the creation of legal documents is in accordance with the SLA
Ensure that each term of the cooperation agreement can be monitored properly so that nothing is missed.
