Description

1. Contract Review Review simple contracts (NDAs, operation contracts). Check format, typos of other contracts. 2. Legal research Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the companies' business. 3. Document translation Translate documents between Vietnamese and English. 4. Administrative legal tasks Maintain legal archives (hard and soft copies) of companies’ licenses and applications, and key projects documents. Document stamping and scanning. 5. Update the ERCs of the companies Draft applications (templates to be provided). 6. Other legal related tasks as assigned by the LIC. Minimum internship duration: 6 months; 3 days/week. Fundamental legal knowledge and working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for reviewing simple contracts, conducting legal research, and translating documents between Vietnamese and English. Additionally, they will handle administrative legal tasks and update company Enterprise Registration Certificates.
