Job Title: Legal Intern  Job Summary: The Legal Intern is responsible for performing routine, intermediate, and advanced duties related to the customer, vendor, and commercial document reviews, as well as drafting and updating documentation as needed.  Reports to: Executive VP Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:  • Perform detailed review and analysis of contracts and other documents; identify key factors and summarize, highlight, and chart keywords in the document; recommend modifications and edits • Draft documents, including non-legal documents such as business processes, as needed  • Organize and maintain legal documents; be responsible for storage, catalog, and retrieval of documents  • Perform other related tasks and activities as assigned  Minimum Job Requirements:  1. Enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of law school 2. Very detail-oriented and able to perform at the highest standards  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills 4. Team player  5. Proactive, creative, flexible, diligent.
