In addition to providing expert legal advice to support M&A and Capital Markets transactions, you will: Interact regularly with senior management and other risk functions to manage Legal risk and protect the Firm's reputation Instruct and manage relationships with external counsel Devise policies and procedures to adapt to regulatory changes Contribute to training and knowledge sharing programs for IBD/GCM and Legal and Compliance Team player with first rate analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
