REQUIREMENTS:

• UK-practicing solicitor with at least 6 years post-qualification experience is a must-have.
• A university degree with second-class honors (upper division) or above is a must-have.
• First-class experience from a top city or regional firm, ideally with expertise in advising on regulatory matters and consumer claims.
• Work experience in an FMCG company (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to make informed, timely decisions to drive results and adapt to dynamic challenges.
• Proficiency in analyzing and solving complex issues by developing innovative solutions and implementing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and mutual respect while building professional connections with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships to enhance collaboration and achieve organizational goals.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
