Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Officer/Executive Assistant to support our telecommunication firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to our team, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with legal standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 2yrs experience as a legal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Lagos - Arepo, Berger and its Axis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics relevant to telecommunications law, intellectual property, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the filing of legal documents with government agencies and courts.
- Manage and organize the MD’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
