As our expansion accelerates, we are looking for an experienced Legal Officer (or small legal office) to become a key strategic advisor to our leadership and support our legal needs as we grow into new regions, new markets, and deeper intellectual property ownership.

• Intellectual Property and Trademark: Lead and manage the global registration and protection of Finalrentals trademarks, logos, and branding in existing and new markets.
• General Legal Support: Advise on company-wide legal matters including commercial contracts, partnerships, terms and conditions, compliance, employment, and risk.
• International Legal Navigation: Guide us through multi-jurisdictional legal environments as we expand our franchise and digital presence globally.
• Disputes and Resolution: Handle or advise on disputes relating to brand misuse, unfair competition, and contractual obligations. Directly communicate with offenders from official email address.
• Corporate Governance: Support in UK and EU regulatory matters including filings, documentation, and structuring as we scale.
