Responsibilities
  • Reporting into an Account Manager based in our global office in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will act independently and assist senior colleagues in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence.
  • You will draft, review and file corporate and transactional documents and state forms for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients in various provinces in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
  • You will conduct due diligence, order certified documents, conduct searches, complete various filings.
  • You will help to coordinate and provide registered agent service, maintain necessary accesses, registrations and communicate with the appointed registered agents for the completion of services.
  • You will perform and/ or monitor statutory provincial and federal filings with authorities for portfolio of clients.
  • You will coordinate with clients, business partners and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
  • You will ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared.You will maintain data and documents as well as ensure proper reporting.
