WHAT IS THE JOB?

– Contract to start on 29-06-20 until 12-07-20 with a possible extension.
– Make day-to-day operational decisions and considerable delegated powers in the day-to-day operation of the work, referring or bringing to the attention of the relevant Lawyer or Senior Lawyer complex and/or sensitive issues and cases.
– Contribute to and assists the implementation of new policies/procedures but is not expected to make strategic decisions.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

– Uses a range of complex IT packages relating to area of work.
– Knowledge of relevant court rules and procedures across the specialist area of social care legal work in relation to children and vulnerable adults.
