Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in law
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships based on trust in order to convey and clearly translate technical complex information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with alternative dispute resolution procedures of Parliamentary, judicial or legal processes.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in researching and reviewing legislation, along with developing and implementing policy, and legal support projects.
  • Ability to think operationally to support and manage issues from different areas of an organisation, confidently make decisions, and solve problems
