Great opportunity to start your career in a full-time permanent role as a Legal Operations Administrator. You will be part of a committed group of experts supporting the work of the Legal Services team. As a Legal Operations Administrator, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks relating to referred matters to facilitate their resolution, support the administrative operations of the Legal Services team and contribute to projects. The role is based in our Ultimo/ Melbourne office, which is the land of Gadigal/ Turrbal and Yuggera people with flexibility for other locations (Adelaide and Brisbane). As a Legal Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the progression of matters with the Legal Services team, in particular matters referred to the Legal Operations division. Drafting, reviewing and coordinating approvals for correspondence, both internally and with our external stakeholders. Producing legal referrals, matter summaries, fee calculations, evidence verification reports and any other documentation. Providing support to the overall operations and day-to-day running of Legal Services. To thrive in this role, you'll need: An understanding of basic copyright, associate legal concepts and dispute resolutions principles. A proactive and collaborative attitude. Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to review and draft documentation across multiple different matters and topics concurrently. Strong decision making and critical thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
