You’ll partner closely with legal, sales, and ops to streamline how we contract, automate legal workflows, and scale the function with precision. This is a builder role—ideal for someone who moves fast, loves systems, and wants a front-row seat to enterprise dealmaking, world-class counsel, and the legal infrastructure of a breakout AI company.

• Build legal ops from zero. Own legal tooling, ticketing, data hygiene, and contract workflow automation.
• Systematize contract workflows. Refine, maintain, and deploy templates in collaboration with external counsel. Implement version control, clause libraries, and fallback playbooks.
• Enable sales. Be the go-to partner for helping sales close enterprise deals faster—triage requests, manage approvals, and support negotiations.
• Redline with confidence. Help review contracts—surfacing issues and escalating as needed.
• Close the loop. Ensure signed contracts are stored, searchable, and monitored post-signature.
• Get exposure. Support work streams across privacy, IP, corp housekeeping, and more. Learn from senior legal and execs in real time.
