WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitoring and optimization of legal and compliance-relevant business processes as well as legal KPIs, including Legal easy GRC and legal KPI tracking for CSRD reporting.
• Creating efficient workflows, e.g., in the contract lifecycle tool, in close collaboration with the operational business units.
• Legal project management of special projects such as expansions, restructurings or new business models using smart project management tools and AI, as well as the coordination of external consultants.
• Supporting the legal team in the effective digital standardization of contracts, the introduction of compliance chatbots, legal tech triage and automated AI agents (including contract processing, document creation and monitoring of regulatory requirements)
• Implementation of a state-of-the-art legal budget and invoicing tool for cross-functional cost transparency
• Smart litigation and insurance management, as well as semi-automated reporting to the finance department and auditors.
• Support in implementing relevant corporate strategic topics such as AI transformation and IP research
