We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our high-performing, dynamic legal team. Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for our legal tech stack—including Ironclad (CLM), Jira (Legal Helpdesk), and DocuSign—providing first-line support and day-to-day administration
  • Partner with the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement new features and improvements of the legal tech stack, driving adoption and delivering value
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows, making legal support faster and easier to access for Staffbase
  • Build and maintain clear documentation and training to help teams across Staffbase make the most of our legal tools
  • Ensure that legal knowledge—like templates, guidance, and policies—is up-to-date and easy to find for everyone who needs it
  • Support the development of legal reporting and KPIs that showcase the team’s impact
  • Help drive projects to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and scale our legal operations as Staffbase grows
