The Legal Operations Supervisor at Huron Law Group plays a vital role in leading and supporting a team of Administrative and Operations Coordinators. This position ensures that team members have the training, tools, and resources needed to perform their responsibilities effectively and meet organizational standards.
The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day functions of both administrative and operational support roles, ensuring workflows are followed, deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld. This includes monitoring performance, providing hands-on support, and serving as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive issues. The Supervisor works closely with internal teams to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure smooth operational execution.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
