Responsibilities: Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents and contracts to maintain a clean digital and physical archive. Assist in coordinating meetings, book room for meeting, managing the legal team's calendar. Handle general office tasks such as data entry, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking the status of legal signatures/notarizations. Monitor and maintain the legal document inventory, including tracking the status, completeness, validity/expiry dates, and proper storage of legal documents managed by the Legal Department. Prepare periodic reports on the status of legal documentation and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion and proper documentation. Qualifications: Final-year student or recent graduate in Law, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong administrative skills and highly attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willing to do full WFO in SCBD Jakarta Selatan.
Responsibilities
