Legal PA to join a leading Dublin law firm
Are you a highly experienced legal Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? A leading commercial law firm in Dublin is seeking a dedicated and proactive Legal PA to join its busy team.
This role is ideal for a “Career Legal PA” who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll be an integral part of the team, providing essential support to senior legal professionals. The firm is looking for a positive, enthusiastic team player who is committed to a long-term role.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive Diary and Calendar Management: Coordinating complex schedules, arranging meetings (internal and external), and booking travel and accommodation for one or more senior lawyers.
  • Document Production: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and court forms. This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Email and Communication Management: Managing inboxes, filtering and prioritizing emails, and acting as the first point of contact for clients, internal staff, and other third parties.
  • Client Liaison: Handling client inquiries, ensuring they are dealt with professionally, and building strong relationships.
  • File and Case Management: Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and securely.
  • Billing and Financial Administration: Assisting with billing, preparing invoices, and tracking expenses

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within a corporate or commercial law setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.

Please note, this role is not suitable for FE1 candidates.
