If this resonates with you, an experience in our Procurement Law Team (PLT) could be your next step. We are looking for someone with a strong legal-administrative background who will be involved in the full tender process, offering valuable consultancy support. This role is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, in line with our smart working policy. Short term contract for 12 months.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in Law, Political Science, or Economics is preferred — alternatively, solid experience in public procurement
  • A sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on administrative law and public procurement regulations (Directive 2004/18/EC, Directive 2014/24/EU, and national legislation)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in common IT tools and a good command of English (written and spoken), as you’ll collaborate with international stakeholders
  • Flexibility, openness to learning, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the legal and administrative documentation present in the company IT system – Next (Datagon) – responsible for managing and creating the documentation necessary to submit offers and participate in public procurement procedures
  • Creation of drafts of declarations/self-certifications/drafting of clarifications to respond effectively and efficiently to requests from Public Bodies
  • Consultancy to the Tender Office, the U.O. and other company functions aimed at the correct interpretation of the tender documentation
  • Possible review of the administrative tender documentation
  • Constant monitoring and drafting of team KPIs: updating via dedicated files regarding the main activities (e.g. consultancy, appeals, training activities, etc.)
  • Drafting of legal-administrative communications aimed at protecting legitimate company interests;
  • Support in the management of administrative litigation (in support of our lawyer)
  • Active involvement in the training activities provided by the team (in the field of public procurement
