Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to one or more lawyers Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners Prepare, format, and file legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality Maintain and update digital and physical case management systems Manage phone communications: answer calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed Keep contact databases current and organized Support meeting deadlines by managing multiple calendars and sending timely reminders Proven experience as a Secretary, experience as a Legal Secretary will be considered a strong asset Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel Familiarity with litigation management software is a plus Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills Strong multitasking ability and confidence in working with diverse teams and clients Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Private medical insurance covering all family members Continuous training and professional development opportunities Exclusive employee discounts and perks
