Our Client is Looking for a experienced and engaging Legal Receptionist:
As a Legal Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, colleagues, and visitors while providing essential administrative and clerical support to the legal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Communication: Excellent telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism: A professional attitude, appearance, and a calm demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in general IT tasks, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Team Player: Positive and collaborative approach to working within a team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • First Point of Contact: Greet all visitors—contractors, suppliers, colleagues, and clients—with professionalism and a friendly, welcoming approach.
  • Call Handling: Answer external and internal calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate person or taking messages as needed.
  • Mail Management: Organise incoming mail and parcels; process outgoing mail, including recorded and special deliveries.
  • Clerical Support: Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, processing payments, and opening new files.
  • Internal Communication: Respond to internal email queries, including meeting room requests and other general inquiries.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organised, and professional at all times.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure client and company confidentiality is maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to other teams as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with any reasonable duties or responsibilities assigned by your line manager or director.
