Required Knowledge and Experience: 2 + years’ administrative experience

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Legal Experience is a must
  • Greeting all visitors and directing them to the waiting area in reception.
  • Contacting firm member to announce the visitor’s arrival.
  • Answering the calls to the firm. This includes screening and forwarding all calls as appropriate and providing general firm information to callers as required .
  • Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Photocopying, faxing, binding
  • Maintaining and scheduling client meetings, court schedules etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
