  • Previous experience in a sales, client-facing, or administrative role (legal sector preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of legal services or a background in law is an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in law and sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The Legal Sales Assistant will support the sales and business development team, helping to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and coordinate with legal professionals to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with potential clients, providing initial information on services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations or appointments with legal advisors.
  • Maintain and update client databases (e.g., CRM) with accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, event coordination, and social media outreach.
  • Prepare and send out proposals, engagement letters, and other sales documentation.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure client onboarding is smooth and timely.
  • Track sales metrics and generate regular reports for the management team.
