We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team, focusing on managing quotes and sales processes within Salesforce. This position requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently and contribute to the team’s success with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and process customer quotes using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist the sales team with pricing and proposal generation to meet client needs.
• Manage sales pipeline activities, including tracking and updating records within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support inside sales efforts by addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to configure, price, and quote products and services.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sales quoting process.
• Provide training or guidance on Salesforce usage to team members when necessary.
• Proficient in Salesforce, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and quoting processes.
• Ability to generate accurate price quotes and proposals.
• Experience managing and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new systems or processes.
• Prior experience in a sales assistant or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems is a plus, though not required.
