This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our team, supporting matters in Family Law and Conveyancing. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice through high-level administrative and client service support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage client communications and appointments
  • Maintain and update files using LEAP Legal Software
  • Assist with billing and document management
  • Liaise with courts and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Proficiency in LEAP Legal Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Genuine interest in the legal profession and a willingness to grow
