Description

We are looking for a legal secretary to join our experienced and friendly team at our Hereford / Leominster office.
Experience of similar work in a legal background or a similar role is preferred.
The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in the use of microsoft office and have the ability to type from dictations for the role.
You will require excellent communication skills, excellent organisation skills, excellent IT skills, accuracy, a professional telephone manner and a positive attitude towards your work with the ability to work to tight deadlines and cope with changing priorities.
Salary will be dependent on experience.

The job will involve but not limited to:-

  • Dealing with client queries
  • Typing from dictation and copy typing
  • Producing documents and reports
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Photocopying
  • Completing online and paper forms
  • Diary management
  • Familiarity with legal document presentation would be preferred

22 days leave per year (pro rata) plus bank holidays and an additional day for your birthday. Additional leave is earned through length of service.
SSP for the first year. Up to 2 weeks of full pay for sickness after 1 year increasing to up to 4 weeks of full pay for sickness after 5 years.
