We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our friendly and busy team in Ballinasloe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and probate, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing and probate department.
  • Preparing legal documents, forms, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing case files from initial instruction to completion.
  • Maintaining and updating case management systems.
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically in conveyancing and probate.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
