Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established, successful, and leading law firm in the Bournemouth.
Due to progression, our client is seeking Legal Secretary`s for the Corporate department.
If you have previous experience as a legal secretary and want a career with longevity – this is the position for you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A LEGAL SECRETARY - CORPORATE ROLE:

  • Completion of fast and accurate audio typing.
  • Preparing and dealing with confidential documents and correspondence
  • Ensure all information is correctly stored.
  • Supporting clients with enquiries, this can be telephone, email and occasionally in person.
  • Setting up case files, filing and archiving.
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings, and managing multiple diaries.
  • Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A LEGAL SECRETARY - CORPORATE ROLE:

  • Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role – Essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and IT skills
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work
  • Focused with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fully computer literate
  • Outstanding customer service skills
