This role will require working across departments, supporting legal professionals with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks. You’ll need to be flexible, have excellent attention to detail, and strong IT skills.

  • Providing accurate and efficient audio typing and word processing support
  • Managing digital dictation and maintaining electronic case files
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and legal documents
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management for fee earners
  • Conducting company and AML checks as required
  • Supporting compliance processes, including Lexcel requirements
  • Handling client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting the Operations Team with administrative tasks when needed

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has a typing speed of 65+ wpm with at least 90% accuracy
  • The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • An excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
