Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Indianapolis office. Ideal candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm.Qualifications: Candidates should be familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures. Experience with e-filing in state and federal court. Candidates will provide administrative support to the attorneys. Candidates will work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery. Successful candidates should have experience in case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and previous Compulaw experience is beneficial. Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills.
