One of Yorks (North Yorkshire) leading law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their expanding Corporate team.
The successful applicant will work for the Head of Dept and work alongside other Solicitors within the department.
This is an exciting role and will involve a great deal of juggling tasks and organising.
You will be involved in managing diaries, organising meetings, travel and accommodation as well as assisting with drafting documents etc
Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, letters, file notes, forms, edit documents etc
You will liaise of a daily basis with clients - face to face, email, letter, telephone.
You will also be involved with basic billing, archiving, handling DX and post.

Essential requirements - substantial legal secretarial experience is essential.
Hours are full time with the opportunity of some home working once you are established.
