Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work
Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner
Able to work collaboratively within a team
Positive and flexible approach to tasks
Familiarity with SOS Connect is advantageous but not required
Accurate typing skills are essential
Responsibilities
General administration including scanning, filing, audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, and archiving
Supporting fee earners with anti-money laundering procedures and file closures
Typing documents as dictated by fee earners (audio typing skills are essential)
Document production, including creating and amending documents from templates in line with firm standards
