Duties:
- Within our Commercial/Domestic Conveyancing Department.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Audio, Digital and Copy typing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary (preferably conveyancing) including use of Land Registry Portal, SDLT forms etc., Case Management, Digital Dictation.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion in handling confidential information
