The role will involve providing full secretarial support, working closely with the entire team, and undertaking administrative tasks such as monthly billing activities, supporting credit management processes, and providing any relevant financial information as required.
The role will also involve applying for searches, completing SDLT forms, handling Land Registry applications, and post-completion formalities (such as file closure and archiving).
This means you will need proven secretarial experience, preferably in commercial property/real estate work.
