Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with clients on matters
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, both online and in person.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Receive incoming calls and correspondence and foward as appropriate.
  • Assist in the completion of monthly bills
  • Some audio typing as needed.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
