Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will provide essential administrative and organisational support to our legal team, helping ensure that cases are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. Your contribution will be vital to the success of our office and the wider legal profession.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including TR1s, leases, reports on title, and contracts
  • Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Assisting with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and KYC checks
  • Managing and updating case files
  • Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion formalities (e.g. SDLT, AP1s)
