Responsibilities

This is a varied role where you’ll get the chance to rotate across different areas of our busy Operations Team, including:

  • Post Completion: making sure Land Registry applications are correct and liaising with lenders, landlords and clients.
  • Onboarding: setting up new client files, checking documents, and ensuring clients feel welcomed from the start.
  • Customer Contact Centre: being the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and updates in a professional, friendly way.
  • Post Room: managing incoming and outgoing post so cases run smoothly.

No two days are the same – you’ll be learning different processes, problem-solving, and working with colleagues across the firm.
