Position Overview As the Legal Specialist for the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will be responsible for a wide range of legal work that supports both organizational operations and large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing various agreements with member companies and research institutions, designing contract schemes, conducting legal reviews, developing internal regulations and guidelines, establishing rules for handling intellectual property and data, and providing legal confirmation related to contracts and reporting with public institutions such as NEDO. In addition, you will play a key role in building corporate governance appropriate for a general incorporated association, including supporting the operation of the Board of Directors and various committees, as well as handling risk management and compliance matters. 【業務内容】 AIロボット協会（AIRoA）の法務担当として、組織運営と大型プロジェクトを支える法務業務全般をお任せします。具体的には、会員企業・研究機関との各種契約の作成・レビュー、契約スキームの設計、リーガルチェック、規程・ガイドライン整備、知財・データの取り扱いルール策定、NEDO等の公的機関との契約・報告に関する法的確認を行っていただきます。加えて、理事会・各種委員会の運営サポートやリスク・コンプライアンス対応など、一般社団法人としてのコーポレート・ガバナンスを構築していく役割も担っていただきます。【What Makes the “Legal Specialist” Role at AIRoA Unique】 Legal at AIRoA is not just about “checking standardized contracts.” It is a role where you stand on the side of creating the rules for a pioneering initiative: building a robot data ecosystem through the fusion of AI and robotics technologies.
