Job Purpose: Within the mission, vision and values of the General Department of Health Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, the Legal Specialist III, under nominal supervision from the Director of Legal Affairs & International Cooperation Department, provides legal advice and opinion on all legal issues, especially on contracts and torts and providing drafting of all legal documents (including forms, in respect of matters affecting DGHA, and its affiliated centers). Review tender legal documentation and reviews the Contracts on order to ascertain that the legal issues affecting the DGHA, contracts, have been complied with and are in compliance with all standards. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: -Help conduct factual investigations and review legal documentation to determine causes of action and case research for legal matters within DGHA. • Help prepare, draft and review legal documentation including tender invitation, contractual agreements, legal correspondence, policy regulations and other associated tasks ensuring compliance and regulation is maintained. • Help formulate legal recommendations and provide advice and guidance pertaining to legal matters that arise within the program intending effective outcomes as allocated. • Help provide legal counsel for program legal issues including participation and negotiation for all legal matters as directed. • Help maintain regulatory, legal and internal requirements of the program ensuring compliance is upheld across the department and that the provision of legal advice, policies and procedures conform with terms and legal requirements. • Represent the program to appear before local courts and tribunals for defense and arbitration cases as assigned and help in all pursuing works before local institution when needed. • Help provide general analysis of predicted likely outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents and previous case outcomes for review. • Help provide legal guidance and recommendations, in conjunction with the Senior Legal Advisor, ensuring agreement with the terms and legal requirements at program, national and international levels. Job Qualifications and Experience: Minimum or Required: -2 years Diploma in law or any related field. with 6 years of Experience. -3 years Diploma in law or any related field. with 4 years Experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Sharia with a Diploma in Law/Advocacy from an accredited institution. No experience required. Preferred: -Bachelor degree in law from an accredited university. No experience required.

Responsibilities
