We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, draft and review legal documents, and agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably within a government entity or a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Experience in Hotel Sector is a plus

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues related to the organization’s operations.

• Assist in resolving legal disputes, liaising with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Support internal departments with legal guidance on regulatory requirements.
• Monitor legislative developments and advise management on potential impacts.
• Participate in contract management and legal assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
