Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, draft and review legal documents, and agreement.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic governmental entity, contributing to high-impact legal matters.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably within a government entity or a reputable law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in Hotel Sector is a plus

Responsibilities
