YOUR SKILLS

  • Law Degree from a reputable university and licensed to practice law (must be qualified).
  • Minimum 8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE), out of which minimum is 3 years of law firm experience.
  • Experience in Commercial laws, handling a variety of complex matters.
  • Experience in the GCC preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As the Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactively supporting legal operations across multiple business units, professional functions, and sub-business units within Henkel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering sound legal advice to various stakeholders, helping to navigate complex legal matters and ensure alignment with business goals and Henkel Corporate Standards.
  • Negotiating, preparing, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and safeguard Henkel’s interests.
  • Managing external disputes and overseeing litigation matters, working closely with external counsel where needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance legal workflows and processes, streamlining operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
