Job Title: Legal Specialist (Real Estate) Location: Qatar Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Legal Specialists with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing legal matters related to property transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, while ensuring full adherence to applicable laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, MoUs, and contracts. Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, property development, and investment matters. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and governmental requirements in Qatar. Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel when required. Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. Handle and support litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes. Maintain proper documentation and ensure all legal records are up to date. Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations in Qatar. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the real estate sector. Proven experience in handling property-related legal matters in Qatar or GCC region is preferred. Strong knowledge of contract law, property law, and regulatory frameworks. Male candidates are preferred. Skills & Competencies: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
